Software Engineer

• Design, develop, and implement data models, workflows, match/merge rules, and data quality validations in Semarchy xDM for product and business partner master data.
• Customize and configure the Semarchy platform to align with evolving business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver robust MDM solutions.
• Integrate Semarchy MDM with source and target systems (ERP, CRM, data warehouses, etc.) using APIs, ETL/ELT tools, and Semarchy xDI.
• Develop and maintain data governance processes to ensure data quality, lineage, and compliance across master data domains.
• Support and enhance data stewardship, data quality monitoring, and issue resolution processes.
• Participate in the future development of global reference master data, finance master data and asset master data domains, including data modeling, governance, and integration.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in MDM, data governance, and the Semarchy platform.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members and business users.
