About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensuring the smooth and safe operation of machines and equipment
- Defining short and long-term production development measures related to safety, efficiency, and quality in cooperation with stakeholders
- Implementing problem-solving and planning preventive measures in collaboration with internal and external parties
- Managing the commissioning and changes of equipment, systems, and facilities within your area of responsibility
- Acting as a technical expert in procurement projects of various scales
- Documentation and instructions are also an essential part of your duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- A relevant technical education (bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering)
- Excellent spoken and written proficiency in Finnish (Mandatory)
- Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English
- Willingness and ability to enhance expertise in one's own area of responsibility
- Documentation skills and use of information systems
- Experience in pharmaceutical engineering, the development and maintenance of production machines, mechanical design skills, as well as knowledge of automation, instrumentation, and pneumatics, will be considered an advantage.
