Marketing Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You ensure the smooth execution of all administrative tasks and keep budgets consistently in view.
- You work closely with external agencies, partners and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) — contracts and coordination are in your capable hands.
- You organize internal and external meetings and events with great attention to detail.
- You manage our marketing materials and maintain our online shop.
- You coordinate inquiries from customers and the field team, ensuring information flows clearly, quickly and transparently.
- You contribute to exciting projects and work cross-functionally with colleagues.
- You optimize our digital filing structures and ensure order and efficiency.
- You create compelling presentations that communicate our ideas and strategies precisely.
- You take responsibility for calendar management and travel organization — structured and proactive.
- You keep an eye on the market and conduct competitive monitoring to identify trends and opportunities early.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in an assistant role is a plus.
- You are proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and use digital tools such as Microsoft Teams or Viva Engage with ease.
- You communicate confidently — in German and English.
