About the role
- Develop and implement Orion Ireland brand plans to sustain strong in-market growth, whilst aligning to Orion’s global therapy area objectives.
- Drive strong alignment between sales and marketing functions to enhance cohesion, efficiency, and overall business impact.
- Lead and monitor multi-channel promotional campaigns.
- Design and Deliver product related onboarding and continuous development programs for new and existing team members.
- Manage product launches and lifecycle activities, ensuring timely and impactful delivery.
- Monitor brand performance using KPIs and ROI metrics; recommend optimizations.
- Foster strong collaboration between medical and marketing functions to ensure all marketing activities comply with IPHA, HPRA & SI. NO.541 of 2007 standards of compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and external partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform brand decisions.
- This role demands strong cross functional collaboration with Country Manager, Medical, Sales, Global Marketing, Business Insights and external key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in life sciences, marketing (or equivalent) preferred.
- Up to date working knowledge of IPHA Code, HPRA Guidelines and SI.541.
- Relevant pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience.
- Knowledge of Irish healthcare system in both primary and secondary care.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Vault VEEVA CRM and PROMOMATS preferred
