About the role

  • Develop and implement internal communication plans that support company goals, organizational changes, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Create clear, compelling content for internal newsletters, intranet platforms, leadership messages, and employee campaigns.
  • Support leadership in preparing presentations, speeches, and town hall materials.
  • Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Craft and deliver external messaging, like executive communications.
  • Support brand management and ensure alignment across public-facing content.
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and public sentiment to advise leadership.
  • Produce high‑quality written content: articles, Q&As, social media posts, website copy, and thought‑leadership materials.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and tone consistency aligned with company brand and values.
  • Manage editorial calendars for internal and external communication initiatives.
  • Work closely with HR, Marketing, and Leadership teams to ensure communication alignment.
  • Support change‑management programs by providing communication strategies and materials.
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to highlight success stories, achievements, and key initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or similar roles.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English and Spanish
  • Strong understanding of communication channels and digital platforms.
