About the role
- Participate in production process and equipment rebuilds, expansion projects and production efficiency projects
- Maintenance work during the automation lifecycle, projects, commissioning, validations, documentation and technical development
- Act as system administrator responsible for functionality, maintenance and validity of the system
- Manage automation design and project work: functional design, definition of HW and SW solutions, coordination of suppliers, partners and subcontractors, FAT/SAT testing and commissioning, and validation
- Participate in development and planning of production automation and implement life cycle management of production equipment from automation perspective
- Travel to sites in Espoo and Oulu as needed
Requirements
- Relevant education in the field of automation (B.Sc or M.Sc Engineering) and work experience
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Good documentation skills and the ability to develop documentation processes
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Finnish and English. Our working language is Finnish.
- Previous work experience in project-based tasks in an industrial environment
- (Advantage) Knowledge of Honeywell Experion, Valmet DNA, Siemens S7 and PCS7
- (Advantage) Proficiency in AutoCAD/Cadmatic and HW design
- (Advantage) Knowledge of safety circuits and the risk assessment process
- (Advantage) Database and programming skills
- (Advantage) Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry and knowledge of GMP
