About the role
- Contribute to the rollout of HR projects and processes
- Provide support in implementing HR procedures
- Participate in preparing individual interviews and recurring HR activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices
- Support managers and senior leadership
- Assist in enforcing HR processes
- Ensure legal compliance of HR practices and interactions with employee representative bodies
- Draft and update legal HR documents
- Monitor developments in labor law and translate legal changes into operational actions and processes.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Labor Law or Human Resources with 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of labor law and legal obligations
- Meticulous, well organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills, team player, excellent written communication skills
- Professional working proficiency in English
