About the role

  • You will act as the Sales Manager responsible for the Latvian sales performance and management. Your target customer group will consist of pharmacies, wholesalers, doctors, nurses and consumers as its main target groups.
  • You will be one of the key players in the translation of the customer-oriented sales strategy for domestic sales into practice
  • maintain and development of customers network
  • participate in the planning of sales messages and campaigns as a member of the team and practical implementation within Latvia
  • analyze the sales performance of your area of responsibility and translate your findings into clear actions
  • manage and development of sales methodologies according to customer needs
  • close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • experience in a managerial role in the pharmaceutical industry
  • evidence of a successful track record of working in sales
  • ability to demand performance from yourself and your team that exceeds set targets
  • commercial/pharmaceutical/healthcare/science education
  • pharmacy and/or healthcare experience would be an advantage
  • fluency in Latvian and English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and/or cross-country teams, leveraging by open communication, teamwork and a proactive approach to contribute to collective success.
  • You work with clients and other internal stakeholders with confidence, using your good collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • You enjoy challenge and responsibility, getting things done together with the team.
  • You are also used to working on several projects at the same time and have no difficulty in taking a broad view of things.
