About the role
- Contributing to the development and implementation of Orion Pharma's investor relations strategy
- Effectively communicating our equity story to key stakeholders focusing especially on retail investors
- Gaining in-depth exposure to pharmaceutical innovation and development
- Preparing and developing investor communications, reports, presentations, releases, and materials
- Serving as the primary contact for retail investors and planning communications
- Overseeing and developing Orion’s investor relations website
- Preparing and participating in roadshows, investor conferences, Annual General Meetings, and other IR events
Requirements
- Academic master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, economics, communications, finance)
- At least 4 years work experience within investor relations or financial communications
- Good understanding of financial figures and equity markets
- Understanding of financial and legal requirements for publicly listed companies
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proactive approach, flexibility, ability to work independently and under pressure, attention to detail, willingness for continuous improvement
- Successful performance in the position requires good proficiency in Finnish and English
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage, but a genuine interest and desire to learn the industry is more important
- Willingness to travel occasionally
