About the role
- You ensure the smooth running of all administrative activities and keep budgets under control.
- You work closely with external agencies, partners and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) – contracts and coordination are in your capable hands.
- You organize internal and external meetings and events with attention to detail.
- You manage our marketing materials and maintain our webshop.
- You coordinate inquiries from customers and the field sales team, ensuring information flows clearly, quickly and transparently.
- You contribute to exciting projects and collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues.
- You optimize our digital filing structures and ensure order and efficiency.
- You create persuasive presentations that communicate our ideas and strategies concisely.
- You take responsibility for appointment management and travel arrangements – structured and proactive.
- You monitor the market and perform competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities early.
Requirements
- You have completed commercial/business vocational training or hold a comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in an assistant role is a plus.
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and use digital tools such as Microsoft Teams or Viva Engage with ease.
- You communicate confidently in German and English.
- You enjoy taking on responsibility and learn new things quickly.
- You approach challenges in a solution-oriented and open manner.
- You work in a structured, reliable and independent way.
- You have strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- You love delivering top-level service with passion and empathy.
- You are a team player, strong in communication and enjoy growing together with others.
