About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in designing, configuring, and testing software based on project requirements.
Participate in the full implementation lifecycle, including documentation, testing (System, Integration, and Performance), and deployment.
Support post-go-live maintenance and issue resolution.
Perform data-related tasks such as extraction, transformation, and loading using RDBMS tools.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for both internal teams and clients.
Participate in quality, safety, environmental, and information security programs.
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Continuously update your knowledge through security training and best-practice learning.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1 year of experience in a software-related role such as a junior developer, support analyst, or intern.
Exposure to software development environments or system implementation projects.
A demonstrated interest in the software development lifecycle and client delivery.
Bonus experience (advantageous but not essential): Java, JavaScript, or .NET programming languages.
Technologies such as HTML, SQL, XML, Internet Protocols, LINUX, or Windows.
Basic understanding of RDBMS and ability to perform simple data manipulation tasks.
Familiarity with issue tracking systems for problem management and resolution.
