About the role

  • We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to keep electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) in prime working condition.
  • These responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: site safety, electrical system maintenance/repair, site field reports.

Requirements

  • You have your high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in servicing commercial EV charging equipment.
  • You have a valid state driver’s license.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • You possess complex problem-solving skills.
  • You have a thorough understanding of OSHA safety requirements, including LOTO, Arc Flash, JHA/JSA, etc.
  • You possess the ability and capacity to manage various projects and work with tight deadlines.
  • You have business experience using spreadsheets such as MS Excel or Google Sheets and Word-processing applications such as MS Word or Google Docs.
  • You have strong electrical, electronic and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • You possess a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and work with little-to-no supervision.
  • You demonstrate safe work practices and dedication to quality workmanship.
  • You perform well in both independent and team environments.
  • You possess the ability to analyze and resolve problems independently.
