• Own all field-related project components including: scope implementation, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control following all applicable state/federal laws, NFPA, NEC and customer requirements
• Review the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate cost
• Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and change order forms
• Oversee and direct subcontractors on construction projects from implementation to completion
• Ensure compliance with electrical and safety regulations
• Manage material and track inventory
• Communicate regularly with leadership to provide required status updates
• Utilize Construction Services core procedures for daily and weekly reporting while maintaining project as-builts
• Prepare internal and external reports for each project
• Anticipate potential problems by analyzing and mitigating risks
• Ensure quality construction standard and the use of proper construction techniques
