About the role
- Collaborate with Site Representatives to oversee all High Voltage Installations.
- Support and report back to Project Managers and Project Teams as needed.
- Support Business Development to ensure we cover all aspects of high voltage installation.
- Monitor and report on high voltage safety and environmental programs. Collaborate with the Director of Safety to assure highest standards of safety related to high voltage installation.
- Contribute to training of the Site Reps and Quality Inspectors to accurately perform visual inspections of high voltage work.
- Work closely with Origis Engineering and other key stakeholders.
- Assure Origis QA/QC program is implemented to the highest standards
- Monitor all high voltage project activities at portfolio level and step in to assist team in resolving critical and complex issues as needed
- Assist with review of EPC schedules, procedures, QA documents, start up plans, lift plans and LOTO.
- Interface closely with Director of Quality and Director of Operations (Origis Services) to strategize best in class project transition from construction to operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in high voltage construction
- Utility scale solar and BESS project experience preferred
