About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • supporting the day-to-day operations of the business
  • ensure the efficient running of office administration, facilities, health and safety, HR processes and business support activities
  • act as a central point of coordination for staff onboarding and training, compliance and reporting requirements, office and vehicle management, procurement, and the provision of equipment and resources
  • maintaining accurate records, supporting business compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
  • liaising with customers and suppliers where required
  • providing general administrative support to teams across the business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies, with the ability to become competent in business applications and processes rapidly.
  • Previous exposure to finance administration, sales ledger, or credit control processes would be advantageous, although full training will be provided and prior experience is not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • People-focused, with the ability to build positive relationships across the business.
  • Confident communicator with strong customer relationship skills.
  • Highly organised, diligent, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to apply sound judgement and challenge non-compliant or inaccurate requests.
