About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate all aspects of client projects from inception to deployment
  • Create and maintain artifacts in the standard Origami PM toolkit
  • Build and maintain project schedules
  • Manage project scope and identify scope creep or out-of-scope items
  • Plan and lead external kickoff meetings
  • Coordinate resource allocation with the Manager, Professional Services
  • Ensure deliverables are assigned to team members with the Project Lead
  • Plan and lead client and internal status meetings
  • Manage implementation budgets and financials, including invoicing, forecasting, and gross-margin calculations
  • Maintain implementation data in required tools
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Prepare and present client and project status reports
  • Document key decisions, action items, approvals, and signoffs
  • Track, audit, approve as needed, and report implementation project hours
  • Ensure accurate and timely team time-entry reporting
  • Manage scope changes and facilitate the change-control process with Account Management
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues
  • Provide leadership with status updates and flag dependencies, challenges, and needs
  • Mentor less experienced colleagues
  • Assist with training and onboarding new colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of previous technical project manager experience
  • Previous system replacement and/or integration project management experience required
  • Previous stakeholder and vendor management experience in a project environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Risk industry experience preferred
