About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Sales Operations, the lead-to-opportunity motion, and the RFx function
  • Own forecasting cadences, pipeline health, inspection rigor, and revenue execution consistency
  • Lead and develop managers and individual contributors across Sales Ops and RFx
  • Design and improve lead-to-opportunity processes, analytics, AI capabilities, and RFx workflows
  • Lead quarterly RFP business reviews and report outcomes to the VP and CRO
  • Drive AI-assisted improvements in lead routing, activity capture, and RFx response quality
  • Own executive reporting on early-funnel performance, lead conversion, pipeline sourcing, and RFx outcomes
  • Lead weekly forecasting and monthly pipeline council cadences
  • Develop forecasting analyses, pipeline roll-ups, coverage analysis, and conversion trend reporting
  • Standardize forecasting and pipeline management governance and processes
  • Partner with Finance on territory and bonus plan modeling
  • Prioritize GTM technology, BI, sales engagement, and revenue intelligence tooling
  • Define and enforce GTM KPIs and annual reporting standards
  • Support strategic initiatives, annual planning, and organizational design
  • Align Marketing Ops, Business Development, Sales, Enablement, Deal Desk, GTM Apps, and Customer Success stakeholders
  • Advise Sales leadership on deal execution, pipeline strategy, and process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM function
  • Experience within a B2B SaaS or technology company
  • 3+ years of people management experience, including managing managers or senior individual contributors
  • Proven ability to develop talent in a lean, high-accountability environment
  • Player/coach operating style with strategic and hands-on execution capability
  • Experience owning or partnering on lead-to-opportunity functions, early-funnel process design, conversion analytics, and Business Development/Marketing alignment
  • Familiarity with RFx processes; proposal/RFP management experience is a plus
  • Experience leading forecasting cadences and building forecasting models, dashboards, and processes
  • Fluency in SaaS revenue metrics including pipeline coverage ratios, ACV, NRR/GRR, and bookings pacing
  • Fluency with AI-native RevOps tools and workflows
  • Strong Salesforce proficiency and familiarity with LeanData, ZoomInfo, Clay, BI tools, sales engagement platforms such as Gong, and revenue intelligence solutions
  • Experience influencing CRM strategy, enhancement prioritization, and data governance
  • Excellent executive communication and data-synthesis skills
  • Proven cross-functional influence across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Enablement
  • Up to 25% travel required
  • MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
