Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience
- Progressive leadership experience preferred
- A passion to provide industry leading service
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with team members
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and statistical information
- Demonstrated ability to lead an organization with safety practices
- A thorough understanding of seasonal and diverse merchandising
- A strong business acumen
