Key responsibilities & impact

Execute functional, exploratory, and regression testing across complex enterprise workflows
Validate data integrity using SQL; trace defects with precision across multi-system environments
Manage and maintain test cases in TestRail; track work items in Azure DevOps
Collaborate closely with engineering teams — communicate findings clearly and act as a quality advocate
Build toward automation ownership using Playwright or similar frameworks as the role matures

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10 years of Quality Engineering experience - strong fundamentals, not just test execution
Comfortable and effective doing manual testing; no hesitation jumping into ambiguous, complex domains
Engineering mindset: thinks in frameworks, test coverage strategy, and quality architecture
SQL proficiency for data validation across relational databases
Azure DevOps for work tracking; TestRail or similar for test management
Automation experience (Playwright, Cypress, or similar) — or a clear drive to get there
Strong communicator, async-first, remote-capable, English-proficient.
