Build and maintain project plans, dashboards, and status reports in Smartsheet
Facilitate meetings and communication between technical engineering teams and senior stakeholders
Proactively identify blockers, risks, and dependencies — and drive resolution before they impact delivery
Ask the right technical questions to translate engineering inputs into a structured, actionable project plan
Deliver clear and consistent reporting on project health, milestones, and risks

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or related technical domains (architecture, engineering, IAM, PAM)
Hands-on experience with Jira for task assignment and engineering workflow management
Proficiency with Smartsheet for project planning, dashboarding, and executive reporting
Ability to engage confidently with engineering teams and ask technical questions to build clear project plans
Strong organizational skills with a systematic, detail-oriented approach
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
High energy, positive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with ambiguity - you are not afraid to ask questions and figure things out
