About the role
- Overseeing the production operations of the Metallizing and Digital Plants
- Lead the development and implementation of processes to deliver meaningful business results
- Champion plant safety by driving safety compliance, improvement projects, and associate engagement
- Develop front-line production leaders and departmental culture by applying the Printpack Core Values and Expectations of Leaders
- Efficiently manage production functions to maximize equipment and associate utilization
- Uphold standards and drive out defects to improve product quality
- Provide coaching, performance reviews, and performance feedback to associates
- Improve existing methods, procedures, and standards to maximize production and quality
- Partner with the Process Engineer to transform the production function through the Performance System
- Develop and execute staffing plans combined with talent development
Requirements
- Prior experience supervising production departments, including managing frontline leaders
- Demonstrated strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving results
- Proven ability to make sound decisions and communicate effectively
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to embrace change and drive continuous improvement
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively and build cohesiveness within the leadership team
