About the role
- Working with senior leaders to develop people plans that align with business goals;
- Providing practical HR advice and coaching on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational effectiveness;
- Leading initiatives that strengthen diversity and inclusion, including programs that celebrate cultural heritage and community;
- Collaborating with Centres of Excellence to deliver solutions across performance, talent, organisational development, learning, and performance & rewards;
- Supporting complex employee relations matters with guidance from the ER Manager;
- Using data and insights to improve outcomes for our people.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in HR business partnering
- A proactive, hands-on approach with confidence to make decisions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
