About the role

  • Working with senior leaders to develop people plans that align with business goals;
  • Providing practical HR advice and coaching on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational effectiveness;
  • Leading initiatives that strengthen diversity and inclusion, including programs that celebrate cultural heritage and community;
  • Collaborating with Centres of Excellence to deliver solutions across performance, talent, organisational development, learning, and performance & rewards;
  • Supporting complex employee relations matters with guidance from the ER Manager;
  • Using data and insights to improve outcomes for our people.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience in HR business partnering
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with confidence to make decisions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
