Collaborate with strategic Partners to design and deliver solutions addressing complex business challenges.
Support solution architecture for Partner needs and large-scale initiatives, contributing from discovery through deployment.
Develop expertise in the Orgvue platform to provide technical support and guidance to Partners and internal stakeholders.
Translate Partner requirements into scalable solution designs and reusable assets (packs, APIs, templates, documentation).
Share Partner and market feedback to help shape the Partner Solutions team’s roadmap and influence product capabilities.
Support solution builds ensuring quality, scalability, and alignment with product best practices.
Mentor junior colleagues and provide technical and strategic oversight across projects.
Create and deliver executive-level presentations and solution demonstrations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Customer Experience teams to influence platform development and go-to-market readiness.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise software delivery.
Knowledge of Orgvue (preferred), or combination of business context (people analytics, org. design, workforce planning) and strong technical knowledge in similar workforce planning or data visualization platforms.
Strong programming and integration skills – advanced JavaScript and proficiency with SQL, and Python.
Proven track record in building client-ready solutions and leading technical engagements.
Ability to think strategically, operate independently, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders and executives.
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or combination of Bachelor’s Degree and relevant technical experience.
