About the role

  • Create, enter, renew, review, and close contracts in the system.
  • Monitor contract terms, critical deadlines, price adjustments, and SLA clauses.
  • Organize and maintain the department's contract database.
  • Support buyers and requisitioners with scope analysis and commercial terms.
  • Assist in straightforward negotiations with suppliers (price adjustments, delivery times, commercial terms).
  • Ensure documentation compliance (certificates, insurance, legal requirements).
  • Prepare comparative analyses, supporting spreadsheets, and tracking reports.
  • Interface with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Tax, and Operations) to obtain contract validation and approvals.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed).
  • Currently enrolled in a postgraduate program in Logistics and/or related fields.
