About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end order to cash process for US Market Access Operations
  • Oversee order management, invoicing, collections, and cash application in coordination with 3PL providers
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, invoices, and returns
  • Work with 3PL partners to manage inventory and fulfillment
  • Manage accounts receivable, monitor aging reports, and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Maintain relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and 3PL partners
  • Resolve issues and collaborate with closely related teams
  • Perform monthly audit responsibilities with finance partners
  • Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities
  • Apply DSCSA knowledge to customer requests, product launches, and required documentation such as HDA forms
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and 3PL agreements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the order to cash cycle and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in order to cash, accounts receivable, or related roles
  • Experience managing 3PL partnerships
  • Strong understanding of order to cash processes, 3PL integration, DSCSA (Drug Supply Chain Security Act), and best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, 3PL management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with wholesaler/distributors and specialty pharmacies is highly desirable
  • Order to Cash experience with customers is desirable
  • Working knowledge of DSCSA policies/procedures is desirable
  • Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident
  • No visa sponsorship
  • Must satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites
