About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide medical and scientific support for Organon’s Women’s Health programs
- Engage in scientific exchange with Healthcare Professionals and Managed Markets Customers
- Identify pre-clinical, clinical, and post-marketing study investigators
- Respond to customer inquiries with focused and balanced clinical and scientific information
- Deliver clinical and scientific information that differentiates products
- Provide clinical support and deliver regional and national data presentations
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with HCPs, professional organizations, patient advocacy groups, payers, decision makers, and other stakeholders
- Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific dialogue on Organon’s products
- Collaborate on scientific communication plans, medical-to-medical materials, and research initiatives
- Facilitate investigator-initiated trials and collaborate on investigator selection, relationship management, and site performance/recruitment
- Support scientific training for Commercial and other internal colleagues
- Provide scientific expertise for speaker training and advisory boards
- Represent Organon at national and regional medical meetings
- Respond to unsolicited medical-information requests in accordance with policies and documentation requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- PharmD, PhD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent education
- Five years of clinical practice and/or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative long-term relationships with HCPs, decision makers, and organizations
- Excellent interpersonal skills in one-on-one and group settings
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to identify medical-engagement opportunities and drive scientific-engagement goals
- Understanding of clinical research methodologies
- Ability to independently evaluate and translate scientific material effectively and credibly
- Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally up to approximately 50%
- Commitment to personal and career development
- Ability to work in a quickly changing, fast-paced business
- Ability to manage multiple programs with competing timelines, prioritize activities, and work independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience presenting key messages to broad audiences, including senior stakeholders
- Must satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites
