About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the relationship with Distributors and partners on the region, ensuring alignment and focus to achieve Organon goals.
  • Understand the CENCA Markets to be able to build commercial strategies and plans to ensure competitiveness across the region.
  • Understand pricing strategy and adjust accordingly to the market needs.
  • Work with Legal and all related departments, to make sure that all contracts are up to date.
  • Own and ensure a good understanding of the sales and demand forecasting process, working with all the related areas to ensure alignment and accuracy.
  • Lead all business support activities with the different areas to ensure continuity of the commercial agenda (Billing, Credit Note process, promotional material approvals, training, OTC process, etc)
  • Responsible for Operational Reviews with partners, distributors and cross functional areas (Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing,.)
  • Prepare and lead business reviews and presentations to upper management with a high degree of clarity.
  • Understand all financial aspects of the organization, working with provisions and identifying possible financial situations ahead of time.
  • Ensure to provide visibility to the partners and distributors about the supply of the products: Delays in supply.
  • Request to supply chain any shipment advance if needed.
  • Manage along with SCM drop shipments as required.
  • Follow up on monthly order to cash process.
  • Ensure to obtain approval from the partner about short shelf life products.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure training of partners employees in Organon Code of Conduct.
  • Make sure that partners and distributors follow organon best practices.
  • Responsible to ensure due diligences are done on time and aligned with organon requirements.
  • Follow up on regulatory issues and local situations that could impact Organon

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years in commercial leadership in relevant industries (Pharma)
  • Experience across multiple countries is strongly desired (Central America & the Caribbean)
  • Experience dealing with regional partners preferred
  • Management experience (Minimum 3 years)
  • Fully bilingual English/Spanish
