About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for promotional and strategic sales for differentiating a growth neurology product to drive the business
  • Identifying where local market access requires optimizing for the accelerated uptake
  • Drive direct interaction based, as well as digital marketing campaigns and effective partnerships working across channels, and countries
  • Ideation governance and tactical implementation of compliant campaigns
  • Creating and assessing business cases, measuring the success of campaigns
  • Implementing measures for continuous optimization and promoting the switch to digitalization of processes in the marketing environment
  • Project management within different marketing channels

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Several years of professional pharmaceutical product management experience in concept development, implementation, and control of marketing and digital activities at a pharmaceutical company or agency
  • Experience in effective management of product promotional budgets, as well as data driven project management of marketing initiatives
  • Valid understanding of customer engagement opportunities & strategies in the digital Landscape
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to solve complex problems and drive change
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex and multi-market setting, across many functions and levels and across different customer types in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong communication skills in English.
