About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for promotional and strategic sales for differentiating a growth neurology product to drive the business
- Identifying where local market access requires optimizing for the accelerated uptake
- Drive direct interaction based, as well as digital marketing campaigns and effective partnerships working across channels, and countries
- Ideation governance and tactical implementation of compliant campaigns
- Creating and assessing business cases, measuring the success of campaigns
- Implementing measures for continuous optimization and promoting the switch to digitalization of processes in the marketing environment
- Project management within different marketing channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Several years of professional pharmaceutical product management experience in concept development, implementation, and control of marketing and digital activities at a pharmaceutical company or agency
- Experience in effective management of product promotional budgets, as well as data driven project management of marketing initiatives
- Valid understanding of customer engagement opportunities & strategies in the digital Landscape
- Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to solve complex problems and drive change
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex and multi-market setting, across many functions and levels and across different customer types in a rapidly changing environment
- Strong communication skills in English.
