About the role

  • Lead development and implementation of direct interaction-based and digital marketing campaigns across the Nordics
  • Govern compliant campaign ideation and execution and drive synergies between markets
  • Leverage neurology (migraine) expertise to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Use customer insights and behavior analysis to design personalized, data-driven multi-channel campaigns
  • Drive cross-functional leadership and ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives
  • Optimize marketing automation processes across products, customers, and countries
  • Develop and assess business cases, measure campaign effectiveness with KPIs, and implement continuous optimization
  • Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Oversee multi-channel projects including email, social media, websites, and partner online platforms
  • Lead financial planning and support demand forecasting for the neurology portfolio

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree required
  • Extensive experience in pharmaceutical product management (concept development, implementation, control of marketing and digital activities)
  • Proven expertise in the Nordic pharmaceutical markets (Norway, Finland, Sweden, Denmark)
  • Knowledge in neurology, with a focus on migraine (significant advantage)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with sales, medical, regulatory, and external partners
  • Experience leveraging data to improve customer engagement, including journey mapping and segmentation
  • Experience with marketing automation and digital marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, laws, codes, and ethical standards in pharmaceutical marketing
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Creativity and innovation in digital marketing
  • Strong communication skills in English; other Nordic languages a plus
  • Ability to satisfy travel and credentialing requirements, including vaccination prerequisites
