Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement a multi-year strategy for working with external partners across the R&D organization.
Manage processes and connections between the external partner and stakeholders within R&D.
Support efficient execution of clinical studies and early clinical study operations.
Provide regular feedback on vendors' performance and ensure deliverables are met.
Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to enhance delivery of work through clear objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in pharmaceutical research and development.
A working knowledge of and skills in clinical operations, medical affairs, outcomes research, business operations, outsourcing, and project and change management.
At least seven years of working experience with external partners in a healthcare/consumer care industry project management, clinical operations or outcomes research function.
Strong negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to lead by influence and work effectively in matrix organizational structures.
Excellent word processing, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Point Presentation, Excel, and online meeting tool skills.
