About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end vendor creation and maintenance in T360, including onboarding of new law firms, legal service providers, and consultants.
- Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to ensure all vendors meet Organon’s approval requirements prior to activation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor-related questions, ensuring timely resolution and accurate records in T360.
- Review, process, and resolve invoice exceptions and discrepancies submitted through T360 by outside counsel and legal vendors.
- Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance activities as they relate to the T360 system, including documentation of internal controls, evidence gathering, and audit support.
- Develop and maintain regular operational reports covering vendor spend, invoice status, outstanding exceptions, and T360 system health for Legal leadership.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Business, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred.
- At least three years of direct, hands-on experience with T360 (T360) is required — candidates without demonstrated T360 expertise will not be considered.
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor onboarding, invoice review, and billing escalations in a complex corporate environment.
- Prior involvement in SOX compliance activities, particularly within legal or financial systems, is strongly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in T360, including vendor management, matter configuration, billing rules, approval workflows, and reporting modules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP and Accounts Payable systems, and how they integrate with legal management platforms.
