About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Project Leader in delivering high-impact enterprise projects
- Manage day-to-day project management from planning to execution and operational handover to the business
- Develop project charter including scope, objectives, resources, constraints, key milestones and deliverables
- Define governance structures, decision frameworks, and operating rhythms
- Engage all relevant stakeholders and coordinate resources to ensure high-quality execution of projects
- Develop project plan, schedules and work breakdown structures and manage changes to scope, timeline, and/or costs
- Conduct requirements gathering including the facilitation of workshops
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage internal commitments and leadership expectations in terms of project status, upcoming milestones, scope, budget, quality, and delivery of benefits
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (BA, Accounting, Finance, Engineering valued)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position preferably in consulting, shared services, business transformation, or other complex global environments
- Proven work experience in project management
- Business level fluency in English
- Experience with modern project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Teams, or similar)
- PMP or PRINCE II certification valued
- LSS Green Belt certification valued
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills – ability to manage complex projects
