About the role

  • Support the Project Leader in delivering high-impact enterprise projects
  • Manage day-to-day project management from planning to execution and operational handover to the business
  • Develop project charter including scope, objectives, resources, constraints, key milestones and deliverables
  • Define governance structures, decision frameworks, and operating rhythms
  • Engage all relevant stakeholders and coordinate resources to ensure high-quality execution of projects
  • Develop project plan, schedules and work breakdown structures and manage changes to scope, timeline, and/or costs
  • Conduct requirements gathering including the facilitation of workshops
  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Manage internal commitments and leadership expectations in terms of project status, upcoming milestones, scope, budget, quality, and delivery of benefits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (BA, Accounting, Finance, Engineering valued)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position preferably in consulting, shared services, business transformation, or other complex global environments
  • Proven work experience in project management
  • Business level fluency in English
  • Experience with modern project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Teams, or similar)
  • PMP or PRINCE II certification valued
  • LSS Green Belt certification valued
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills – ability to manage complex projects
