About the role
- Build and manage the business relationship between the company and assigned accounts
- Negotiate profitable contracts and improve formulary access positions for Organon biosimilars
- Optimize Net Sales and Contract Performance across the biosimilars portfolio
- Ensure proper oversight and compliance with all company policies
- Build trust and credibility with Senior Leaders in assigned accounts
- Identify and advance business opportunities with customers
- Monitor territory and account performance and act on performance outliers
- Develop strategic and tactical account plans focused on economic, operational, and clinical areas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree preferred (PharmD, ARNP, MSN, MBA)
- Two years of recent Business Sales, Account Management, or relevant health care experience
- Strategic acumen and business planning
- Curiosity and problem solving
- Demonstrated leadership skills and success working in teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Executive presence and influence
