About the role
- Producing visually engaging and well‑crafted content (design and copywriting) aligned with our employer brand strategy across digital and offline channels.
- Ensuring visual and verbal consistency with the company’s brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Collaborating on the execution of global and local employer branding initiatives.
- Providing insights and ideas to strengthen our employer brand’s visibility and presence.
- Executing digital campaigns across social media and other relevant platforms.
- Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and recommending enhancements to improve impact and reach.
- Managing internal processes, including ticket submissions and workflow coordination.
- Supporting administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the employer branding function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Corporate Communications and Employer Branding.
- Proficiency with design tools (Canva).
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Residency in Brazil.
