About the role
- Lead Third Party Risk Management & Due Diligence
- Serve as the business process expert for risk and compliance tools (e.g., Aravo)
- Drive continuous improvement and system rollouts in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ensure high-quality data for supplier risk assessments across multiple domains
- Oversee third-party risk management processes, templates, and training materials
- Act as the point of contact for risk solutions and external service providers
- Maintain and enhance procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Lead policy rollouts, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit to ensure alignment with corporate standards
- Manage version control and translations for all policy documents
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute strategies for sourcing management and compliance
- Lead projects that optimize processes and strengthen governance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, or related field
- 10+ years in sourcing, quality, compliance, or risk management
- Strong understanding of procurement policies and processes
- Proven experience working with senior leaders in compliance and risk management
- International and cross-functional experience
- Strategic thinking, project management, and process improvement expertise
- Familiarity with procurement systems (SAP, Coupa) and risk tools (Aravo, Moody’s)
