About the role

  • Lead Third Party Risk Management & Due Diligence
  • Serve as the business process expert for risk and compliance tools (e.g., Aravo)
  • Drive continuous improvement and system rollouts in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure high-quality data for supplier risk assessments across multiple domains
  • Oversee third-party risk management processes, templates, and training materials
  • Act as the point of contact for risk solutions and external service providers
  • Maintain and enhance procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
  • Lead policy rollouts, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit to ensure alignment with corporate standards
  • Manage version control and translations for all policy documents
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and execute strategies for sourcing management and compliance
  • Lead projects that optimize processes and strengthen governance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Procurement, or related field
  • 10+ years in sourcing, quality, compliance, or risk management
  • Strong understanding of procurement policies and processes
  • Proven experience working with senior leaders in compliance and risk management
  • International and cross-functional experience
  • Strategic thinking, project management, and process improvement expertise
  • Familiarity with procurement systems (SAP, Coupa) and risk tools (Aravo, Moody’s)
