About the role
- Supports the Insider Risk program, Strategic Intelligence program, Travel Risk Management program, and All-hazard threat intelligence monitoring.
- Conducts proactive reviews to determine if threats exist to Organon Executives, travelers, or events.
- Alert Security & Resilience members about threats to Organon.
- Manage tools and technologies that ensure founders’ well-being.
- Report Cyber Security Incidents and Product Integrity incidents.
- Provide strategic analysis of threat events to senior managers.
- Includes shift work (after hours, weekends, and holidays).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Studies, Political Science, International Relations or related field.
- 3 - 4 years’ relevant experience in a security operations center, or similar environment with analytical, investigative, emergency response, security or geopolitical assessment experience.
- Expertise in multi-source intelligence collection, assessment and dissemination.
- Knowledge of the intelligence cycle, including analytic methodologies and techniques.
- English language and Mandarin fluency.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams.
