About the role

Implement strategies that drive innovation, automation, risk management, and effective delivery of technology solutions.
Manage Modern Workplace devices and oversee Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) infrastructure.
Manage Organon build images, security and vulnerability patching, and application packaging and deployment.
Provide hands-on leadership and guidance for complex technical issues and projects; step in to resolve critical challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust risk management strategies and adhere to safety and security standards.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams and provide clear, data-driven engineering recommendations.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in Managed Services oversight of Core Infrastructure and relevant Microsoft technologies.
Experience with OSD imaging creation, maintenance, and deployment.
Experience with Patch Management and Change Control Systems for over 30K devices.
Experience with SQL Server Reporting/Data Warehouse and with Intune device management.
Working knowledge of modern desktop management, including Intune and Autopilot.
IT Systems Administration experience in workstation, client, and mobile-related infrastructure.
Strong understanding of Auto Pilot, SCCM/MECM/INTUNE, Windows Desktop, Policy Management/Design.
Knowledge of client management, Windows 11, Office 365/Office LTSC.
Experience in AI-capable automation solutions.
Strong ITIL and process discipline to ensure compliance within managed services.
Ability to satisfy travel and credentialing requirements, including vaccination prerequisites.
