About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will support our customers in their day-to-day work with our ERP solution INTEGRA — from commercial/financial processes to organizational questions.
Analyze customer requirements
Troubleshoot issues and find solutions
Support commercial ERP processes
Work closely with Consulting and Development teams
Take responsibility for delivering sustainable customer solutions
Career changers with experience in ERP systems, inventory management, or commercial processes are also welcome.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have strong interpersonal skills, are a team player, and possess good communication skills
You have a technical understanding of data and structures in complex systems
You are interested in the latest IT developments and standards
Ideally, you have previous experience supporting complex, explanation-required software
One of your strengths is documentation
Database knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle Database Server is an advantage — we are happy to teach you
Confident use of MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
You enjoy working with CRM and ticketing systems
You are committed, motivated, responsible, and a true team player
