About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate services, projects, and liaison activities with ITG and vendors for Risk Management computer, phone, device, and communication systems
- Administer Riskonnect/ClearSight, including user accounts, permissions, fields, menus, imports, policies, training, troubleshooting, and vendor support
- Provide training and oversight to other Riskonnect administrators
- Assist with OnBase administration, user training, document integrity monitoring, technical support, troubleshooting, and system development coordination
- Administer custom department systems and maintain user access rights across Risk systems
- Ensure accurate data transfers and ongoing data feeds between OHSU systems, insurance carriers, and Central Finance Services
- Provide systems and project support, direct inquiries, explain processes, and administer shared email boxes
- Analyze data for all insurance lines managed by the department
- Create internal and external reports, exception reports, and ad hoc analyses while maintaining data accuracy and integrity
- Provide loss runs, bordereau reports, loss triangles, and carrier notifications for lines of coverage
- Oversee carrier acknowledgements and direct carrier and broker inquiries to appropriate Risk Management team members
- Perform special projects and other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Computer Science or related field of study; OR 5 years of progressive work experience in an administrative office setting
- Experience working in a mid-level administrative or legal office environment, providing operational, administrative, and project management support
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and professional, technical, and cultural backgrounds
- Experience with project monitoring, coordination, and oversight, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and outcomes
- Experience with systems administration, database management, and maintenance of electronic records and information systems
- Experience supporting systems conversions, process improvements, and documentation development
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, exercise sound professional judgment, and collaborate as part of a team
- Customer service orientation and ability to explain and contextualize data clearly
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload, projects, and responsibilities
- Advanced computer proficiency, including expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with database and internet applications used to create reports, presentations, and business materials
