Contact Medicaid members, in both English and Spanish, to identify members who may qualify for the Health-Related Social Needs Medicaid benefit and connect members to supports
Data entry of member interactions
Data cleaning and basic analysis
Other duties as assigned (e.g. supporting meetings and technical assistant offerings)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)
High-level computer knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, with ability to create spreadsheets, data entry forms, queries and report, and experience with PowerPoint presentations.
Bilingual in English and Spanish
1 year in research data collection, including handling protected health information.
