About the role

  • Contact Medicaid members , in both English and Spanish, to identify members who may quality for the Health-Related Social Needs Medicaid benefit and connect members to supports
  • Data entry of member interactions
  • Data cleaning and basic analysis
  • Other duties as assigned (e.g. supporting meetings and technical assistant offerings)

Requirements

  • Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)
  • High-level computer knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office, with ability to create spreadsheets, data entry forms, queries and report, and experience with PowerPoint presentations.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
