About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide essential administrative and operational support to the Aid and Assist, Community Restoration Evaluation Unit.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of information, documentation, and communication across teams and partners statewide.
  • Strengthen unit operations, maintain compliance, and support staff and leadership.
  • Drive effective program activities that serve adults throughout Oregon’s behavioral health system.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR an associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience developing new documents, auditing existing materials, and revising content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of agency records and learn agency programs, operations, policies, and procedures.
