About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently process, coordinate, and close residential mortgage loans
- Ensure compliance with state and federal lending regulations
- Verify application accuracy and prepare required disclosures and closing documents

Requirements
What you’ll need- Five years’ experience in preparing or analyzing loan applications, processing real estate transactions, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economic, Finance, Accounting, or related field may substitute for three years of experience
- Associate's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or a related field may substitute for 18 months of experience
- Experience processing and closing residential mortgage loans while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal lending regulations
- Skill in reviewing, analyzing, and verifying loan applications
- Ability to interpret and apply mortgage lending laws, regulations, and policies
- Experience coordinating with borrowers and other stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
