Requirements

What you’ll need

Five years’ experience in preparing or analyzing loan applications, processing real estate transactions, or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economic, Finance, Accounting, or related field may substitute for three years of experience
Associate's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or a related field may substitute for 18 months of experience
Experience processing and closing residential mortgage loans while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal lending regulations
Skill in reviewing, analyzing, and verifying loan applications
Ability to interpret and apply mortgage lending laws, regulations, and policies
Experience coordinating with borrowers and other stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
