About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee Daily Operations of Legal Support Teams in Support of Attorneys and Legal Processes
  • Mentor, Develop, Coach, and Provide Direction to Employees
  • Collaborate with our Northern Region Leadership Team to Develop and Facilitate Goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Three years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience
  • OR A bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Have and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Proven experience supervising the day-to-day operations of support teams in accordance with appropriate laws/rules, legal concepts, and principles of law
  • Ability to build good working relationships and communicate with people at all levels
  • Experience reviewing needs of a team and the ability to manage workloads and provide services
  • Willingness to provide quality service to both internal and external customers
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Experience participating in professional development with employees including performance evaluations, ongoing coaching, and potentially disciplinary actions
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively interact and work with people of various cultural backgrounds
  • Predictable and reliable attendance, including the ability to work after hours to accommodate project schedules and requirements
  • Limited travel in state as necessary
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and other appropriate technology
