About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee Daily Operations of Legal Support Teams in Support of Attorneys and Legal Processes
- Mentor, Develop, Coach, and Provide Direction to Employees
- Collaborate with our Northern Region Leadership Team to Develop and Facilitate Goals
- Cultivate a Welcoming Atmosphere That Recognizes the Value of Individual and Cultural Differences
- Work with Internal and External Partners to Achieve Mutual Successes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Three years of lead work, supervision, or progressively related experience
- OR A bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Have and maintain a valid driver's license
- Proven experience supervising the day-to-day operations of support teams in accordance with appropriate laws/rules, legal concepts, and principles of law
- Ability to build good working relationships and communicate with people at all levels
- Experience reviewing needs of a team and the ability to manage workloads and provide services
- Willingness to provide quality service to both internal and external customers
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Experience participating in professional development with employees including performance evaluations, ongoing coaching, and potentially disciplinary actions
- Strong attention to detail with excellent writing and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively interact and work with people of various cultural backgrounds
- Predictable and reliable attendance, including the ability to work after hours to accommodate project schedules and requirements
- Limited travel in state as necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and other appropriate technology
