Integrated Eligibility Policy unit is responsible for developing and maintaining policy, administrative rule, and ONE system functionality related to Oregon Health Plan/Medicaid eligibility.
The position serves as the agency’s principal expert on Medical Work Requirements under House Resolution 1 (2025).
The role leads analysis of federal and state laws, regulations, and program data to develop, revise, and recommend changes to Medicaid administrative rules.
Produces policy guidance and issue analyses for OHA leadership, legislators, CMS, providers, and partners.
Leads system‑level planning for eligibility and Medicaid information systems, including business requirements, workflows, reporting standards, and safeguards.
