About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the implementation of the Preschool Promise program through communications, engagement, and technical assistance to grantees
- Develop and maintain communication tools, technical assistance resources, and data collection processes
- Provide frontline insight and documentation that supports DELC’s Preschool Promise systems
- Inform higher level program and policy recommendations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor's Degree in Early Learning, Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or related degree
- Two years experience coordinating or administering a program related to early childhood education, quality assurance, compliance, monitoring, or program improvement
- Fluency (read, speak, and write) in English and Spanish
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and accessibly
- Experience facilitating large group meetings
- Demonstrated experience providing technical assistance (coaching, resource development, follow-up supports) to broad variety of audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Smartsheet, and various virtual conferencing platforms
- Demonstrated high level of organizational skills
- Ability to work well across teams and build strong collaborative partnerships with internal staff, state agencies, local organizations, and community partners
- Experience interpreting and analyzing data
- Ability to collect, organize, track, and communicate information related to PSP quality standards and implementation
