About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the implementation of the Preschool Promise program through communications, engagement, and technical assistance to grantees
  • Develop and maintain communication tools, technical assistance resources, and data collection processes
  • Provide frontline insight and documentation that supports DELC’s Preschool Promise systems
  • Inform higher level program and policy recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Learning, Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or related degree
  • Two years experience coordinating or administering a program related to early childhood education, quality assurance, compliance, monitoring, or program improvement
  • Fluency (read, speak, and write) in English and Spanish
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and accessibly
  • Experience facilitating large group meetings
  • Demonstrated experience providing technical assistance (coaching, resource development, follow-up supports) to broad variety of audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Smartsheet, and various virtual conferencing platforms
  • Demonstrated high level of organizational skills
  • Ability to work well across teams and build strong collaborative partnerships with internal staff, state agencies, local organizations, and community partners
  • Experience interpreting and analyzing data
  • Ability to collect, organize, track, and communicate information related to PSP quality standards and implementation
