Key responsibilities & impact

Support the implementation of the Preschool Promise program through communications, engagement, and technical assistance to grantees
Develop and maintain communication tools, technical assistance resources, and data collection processes
Provide frontline insight and documentation that supports DELC’s Preschool Promise systems
Inform higher level program and policy recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor's Degree in Early Learning, Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or related degree
Two years experience coordinating or administering a program related to early childhood education, quality assurance, compliance, monitoring, or program improvement
Fluency (read, speak, and write) in English and Spanish
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and accessibly
Experience facilitating large group meetings
Demonstrated experience providing technical assistance (coaching, resource development, follow-up supports) to broad variety of audiences
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Smartsheet, and various virtual conferencing platforms
Demonstrated high level of organizational skills
Ability to work well across teams and build strong collaborative partnerships with internal staff, state agencies, local organizations, and community partners
Experience interpreting and analyzing data
Ability to collect, organize, track, and communicate information related to PSP quality standards and implementation
