About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with a development team to maintain, enhance, and create new reporting products as part of the modernization initiative to transition away from Actuate reports
  • Ensuring data integrity, validating output accuracy, and aligning deliverables with business requirements
  • Working closely with IT&R staff to support the full software development lifecycle, including application security, system integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four (4) years of information systems experience in web and report development
  • An associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field AND two (2) years of information systems experience in web and report development
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Skills in team engagement; problem-solving and resolution
  • An understanding of accessible, user‑centered design principles
  • Familiarity with accessibility testing tools and assistive technology
  • Experience with front‑end fundamentals, including writing semantic HTML, ARIA, CSS, and basic JavaScript
  • Familiarity with the Bootstrap front-end toolkit
  • Experience with SSRS, Power BI Report Server
  • Understanding of version control with Git
