About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with a development team to maintain, enhance, and create new reporting products as part of the modernization initiative to transition away from Actuate reports
- Ensuring data integrity, validating output accuracy, and aligning deliverables with business requirements
- Working closely with IT&R staff to support the full software development lifecycle, including application security, system integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four (4) years of information systems experience in web and report development
- An associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field AND two (2) years of information systems experience in web and report development
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Skills in team engagement; problem-solving and resolution
- An understanding of accessible, user‑centered design principles
- Familiarity with accessibility testing tools and assistive technology
- Experience with front‑end fundamentals, including writing semantic HTML, ARIA, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Familiarity with the Bootstrap front-end toolkit
- Experience with SSRS, Power BI Report Server
- Understanding of version control with Git
