Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and implement enterprise-level procurement initiatives for complex, statewide projects
  • Leverage advanced project management methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Seven (7) years of information systems experience in information technology project management with applied experience in procurement and contract management
  • Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field
  • 5 years of information systems experience in information technology project management with applied experience in procurement and contract management OR Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field AND three (3) years of information systems experience
  • Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field AND one (1) year of information systems experience
  • Proven experience managing relationships with multiple vendors and clients
  • Completion of State of Oregon recognized procurement or contract management training/certification
