Program Manager

• Stand up and administer a new program that will work with local municipalities to fund the development of affordable housing.
• Operate all technical aspects of the program including: program materials, manual, rules, legal documents, loan processing and repayments, tracking of funding.
• Work with OHCS Accounting and Finances to set up processes for loan disbursements and balances.
• Set up loans and borrowers’ information in the OHCS systems of records.
• Respond to general questions about the loan program and assist with technical questions from participating jurisdictions.
