About the role

  • own and evolve the content strategy across a multi-brand healthcare portfolio, including early-stage and high-growth brands
  • establish shared principles, playbooks, and standards while allowing for distinct brand voices and positioning
  • serve as the senior content partner to each of these business units
  • define content strategies that support brand awareness, demand generation, product adoption, and lifecycle marketing
  • translate complex healthcare, clinical, and regulatory concepts into clear, compelling narratives for B2B, B2B2C, and consumer audiences
  • oversee content across owned and paid channels, including websites and landing pages, thought leadership and educational content, email and lifecycle programs, sales enablement and partner materials, social, video, and emerging formats
  • lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing content team, including social media strategists, writers, editors, and content creators
  • define success metrics for content across business units, balancing brand health, engagement, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in content strategy, brand, or editorial leadership, with senior-level ownership
  • proven success in B2B and B2B2C healthcare (digital health, wellness, medtech, pharma, payer, or provider experience strongly preferred)
  • experience overseeing multiple brands or products simultaneously, ideally within a portfolio or holding-company structure
  • deep understanding of healthcare audiences, regulations, and trust-based communication
  • strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders
  • exceptional storytelling, editorial judgment, and strategic thinking.
